Introduction
La Fédération nationale des étudiants en psychologie (FE.N.E.PSY), créée le 16 mars 2002 et régie par la loi de 1901, rassemble les associations d’étudiants en psychologie et constitue le seul organe représentatif des étudiants en psychologie de France.
La FE.N.E.PSY œuvre pour l’amélioration de la psychologie universitaire et les conditions de vie des étudiants en psychologie. La FENEPSY c’est un réseau de 56347 étudiants (2010)

1. Historique
Avant propos : avant la FENEPSY a été crée l’ANEPSY qui a été dissoute après le congrès de l’EFPSA en 1995.
Les associations fondatrices sont :
-ADEPSY de Paris 5,
-BDE des psychologues praticiens de Lyon,
-ELYPSY de Lyon 2,
-ETOUPSY de Toulouse 2,
-PSAC de Dijon,
-PSYS de Clermont-Ferrand,
Les congrès :
Les congrès sont de deux ordres : les assemblées générales réunissant les administrateurs pour élire le nouveau bureau et les week-end avec des formations proposés aux associatifs et étudiants en psychologie.
2. Les objectifs
- Fédérer et de représenter les étudiants en psychologie et de défendre les droits et les intérêts matériels et moraux tant collectifs qu’individuels des étudiants en psychologie auprès des pouvoirs publiques et des instances universitaires.
- Viser à l’unité de la discipline (entre les étudiants, les enseignants-chercheurs, et les praticiens).
- Veiller à respecter les principes éthiques et moraux de la discipline.
- Faciliter l’évaluation de la formation à un niveau national et de favoriser l’insertion professionnelle.
- Créer un réseau entre les étudiants en psychologie et de favoriser une entente entre les différentes universités proposant une formation en psychologie.
- Soutenir et coordonner les associations d’étudiants en psychologie ainsi que d’aider à la création d’associations.
- Promouvoir la filière de la psychologie par l’information et la communication.
3. Les actions
- Réunir les associations selon un rythme bimestriel
- Former les associatifs et les élus étudiants
- Rencontrer régulièrement les représentant de la profession
- Rencontrer les représentants du Ministère de l’Education Nationale sur la mise en place des réformes en psychologie
- Communiquer en temps réel ces informations et en débattre grâce à un groupe électronique de discussion
- Participer activement aux débats sur l’enseignement supérieur
- Travailler à une amélioration des études en psychologie au niveau européen avec l’EFPSA
